Okami Pea Protein & Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 80g oat flakes
- 100g oat flour
- 80g okami pea protein
- 200g peanut butter (or almond butter, cashew butter,...)
- 80g coconut sugar
- 2 eggs (or substitute: check our video!)
- 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat the oven: 180°C
Mix all the ingredients, form cookies with your hands and place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cookies are golden and crispy on the outside
