Okami Pea Protein & Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 80g oat flakes
  • 100g oat flour
  • 80g okami pea protein
  • 200g peanut butter (or almond butter, cashew butter,...)
  • 80g coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs (or substitute: check our video!)
  • 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven: 180°C

  2. Mix all the ingredients, form cookies with your hands and place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cookies are golden and crispy on the outside

  4. Enjoy
