Pancake Cookies
Ingredients
- 51 grams pancake mix
- 1 mashed/ripe banana
- lots of cinnamon
Preparation
Stir until combined
Add desired amount of freeze-dried raspberries and stir again
Scoop cookies into a baking sheet, sprinkle more raspberries on top, and bake at 350F for ~12 minutes
