Pancake Cookies with Banana and Raspberries
Ingredients
- 51 grams (1 serving) of @eatsweetnature pancake mix
- 1 ripe banana
- cinnamon
- freeze-dried raspberries
Preparation
Combine the pancake mix, mashed banana, and cinnamon, then stir until combined.
Add desired amount of freeze-dried raspberries and stir again.
Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet, sprinkle with more raspberries, and bake at 350°F for approximately 12 minutes.
