Peanut Oat Bars
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon almond meal
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
Preparation
Combine all these ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add a dash of water if need be to mix. Pat down the mixture on a baking paper lined dish and freeze to set for half an hour
After half an hour, melt 2 squares of dark choc with a teaspoon of coconut oil, and drizzle over the bars. Cut in to squares and enjoy the next day
