Peanut Oat Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon almond meal
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Combine all these ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add a dash of water if need be to mix. Pat down the mixture on a baking paper lined dish and freeze to set for half an hour

  2. After half an hour, melt 2 squares of dark choc with a teaspoon of coconut oil, and drizzle over the bars. Cut in to squares and enjoy the next day
