Protein Hedgehog Slice

Ingredients

  • 65g shortbread (or any biscuit of choice
  • 6 protein balls (@purabon choc brownie)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (@macromike)
  • 50g dark chocolate
  • 10g coconut oil
  • for the icing:
  • 20g dark chocolate
  • 1tbs nut butter
  • 1tbs coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Crumble up protein balls into a microwave safe bowl

  2. Add protein powder, dark chocolate and coconut oil

  3. Microwave for 90 seconds or until chocolate has completely melted and stir until all ingredients are combined

  4. Food in crushed shortbread chunks

  5. Put mixture into a lime tray and put in the fridge to set

  6. Make icing by melting ingredients together and pour over slice

  7. Leave in the fridge to set

  8. Store in the fridge for up to a week

  9. This made 8 slices
