Quick and Healthy Single Serve Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread (@warburtonsgf)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate spread/sauce (@coconutcollab)
  • 4 tbsp plain yoghurt (@nushfoods)
  • Sprinkle of cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 2 tsp sweetener
  • Dash of boiling water

Preparation

  1. Put two slices of warm or very soft bread into a cereal bowl.

  2. Put instant coffee, sugar, and hot water into a mug and stir until the granules are dissolved.

  3. Pour the coffee liquid lightly over the bread so it soaks up a little.

  4. Leave some of the liquid in the mug, add the yogurt to it, and stir to give the yogurt a coffee flavor. If you need to make more coffee, do so. You want the yogurt to have a strong coffee flavor.

  5. Start layering the bread with chocolate spread, yogurt, and a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top.

  6. Leave in the fridge to chill, then enjoy.
