• 6 small flour tortillas⁠⠀
  • cinnamon sugar⁠⠀
  • vegan butter, melted⁠⠀
  • Nicecream (we used Banana and Strawberry Banana)⁠⠀
  • Chocolate Sauce:⁠⠀
  • 6 oz. dairy-free chocolate chips⁠⠀
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil⁠⠀
  • sprinkles crushed nuts, sprinkles etc.⁠⠀


  1. Brush one side of tortilla with melted vegan butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar

  2. Fold over with cinnamon sugar on the inside and insert foil ball to keep tortilla open⁠⠀

  3. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until crisp

  4. Cool and then fill with nicecream

  5. Wrap in plastic and freeze until hard

  6. Melt chocolate and add coconut oil

  7. Stir until smooth

  8. Dip nicecream-filled taco into chocolate

  9. Sprinkle with desired topping place on wax paper and put in freezer to harden up until you're ready to eat!⁠⠀
