Vegan Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 4 tbsp almond milk
  • 2 tbsp oil (use a plain tasting oil)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 bag of original pili nuts
  • 1 cup of vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Once it’s in dough form I used some flour to mould the mixture into equal-sized balls and pushed them down slightly onto an oven tray covered in greaseproof paper

  2. Cooked at 180 for 10-12 minutes and leave to cool for at least 20 minutes as they should be quite soft when they come out of the oven
