Vegan Dalogna Coffee
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 400ml oat milk (warm or cold depending on preference)
Preparation
Add the instant coffee, sugar and hot water into a medium mixing bowl and whisk using an electric mixer until the mixture is light brown and holds stiff peaks
Divide the oat milk between two glasses, spoon dollops of the frothed coffee mixture on top
