- *️⃣1 sweet onion, chopped
- *️⃣1 cucumber, sliced
- *️⃣Pepita Pesto
Preparation
Add 1 cup pepitas & 2 cloves garlic to a food processor to break down
Add 2-3 hand fills of whatever greens you have on hand and pulse to combine until chopped
Drizzle @kasandrinos olive oil in the shoot with the blade running until desired consistency
Season with sea salt to taste and pulse to combine
Toss everything together in a bowl until the zucchini is mixed
