Baked Pasta Frittata with Spinach and Peppers
Ingredients
- Cooked Pasta
- 9 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
- Naked Glory roast tenderstrips
- Baby peppers
- Spinach
- Veg stockpot
- Garlic powder
- 60g Sainsbury's grated mozzarella
Preparation
Mix all ingredients into a cheese sauce
Bake in a silicone loaf mold at 200°C for 25 minutes
Top with 60g grated mozzarella
Bake for an additional 10 minutes
Split into portions for consumption over three days, allowing for 1 hex A per day
