Baked Pasta Frittata with Spinach and Peppers

Ingredients

  • Cooked Pasta
  • 9 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
  • Naked Glory roast tenderstrips
  • Baby peppers
  • Spinach
  • Veg stockpot
  • Garlic powder
  • 60g Sainsbury's grated mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients into a cheese sauce

  2. Bake in a silicone loaf mold at 200°C for 25 minutes

  3. Top with 60g grated mozzarella

  4. Bake for an additional 10 minutes

  5. Split into portions for consumption over three days, allowing for 1 hex A per day
