Buff-Barb Chickpea “Tofu” with Seasoned Green Beans and Curry Sweet Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 3 cups water
  • couple pinches of salt

Preparation

  1. Boil 1.5 cups water

  2. Mix remaining 1.5 cups water and flour until you get a thick batter ( I recommend using a whisk)

  3. Add flour mixture into boiling water

  4. Stir continuously and mix out any lumps and bums with a whisk for a good 8-10 minutes

  5. You’ll want to cook out the flour taste

  6. Once you have a thick consistency, turn off heat

  7. Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper or coat with oil

  8. Transfer batter to pan. Set for one hour in fridge minimum

  9. When ready take out and season/slice up to your choosing
