Buffalo Cauli with Homemade Ranch

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head Cauli chopped into florets
  • chickpea flour
  • Himalayan salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • buffalo sauce @franksredhot
  • dairy free butter @earthbalance

Preparation

  1. Make chickpea batter with 1 cup flour and 3/4-1 cup water. Whisk together. Season with spices to taste

  2. Coat each piece of cauliflower in the batter and place on baking pan with parchment paper

  3. Bake at 375 for appx 30-35 minutes flipping halfway through

  4. Make buffalo sauce on stove top. Melt equal parts appx 1/3 cup each of butter and hot sauce

  5. Take out cauliflower pieces and coat them in sauce

  6. Place back in oven for additional 5-10 minutes
