Chicken Satay Skewers
Ingredients
- x3 tbsp peanut butter
- x2 tbsp soy sauce
- x1 tsp lazy garlic
- x3 tbsp curry powder
- x1 lime
- x1 tsp lazy ginger
- 120 ml coconut milk
- x2 tbsp honey
- rice

Preparation
Mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, curry powder, ginger and honey in a bowl with a little water
Flatten out the chicken, cut into strips and marinade for an hour
Wrap the chicken round the skewer in an S shape and cook under grill
Pop the remaining marinade into a pan with 120ml coconut milk and stir to make the sauce
Serve with rice and lime
