Cold Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sake with 1/2 cup mirin
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce and1 cup dried bonito flakes
  • whatever veggie you want and shredded nori

Preparation

  1. To make the sauce, boil 1/4 cup sake with 1/2 cup mirin, 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce and1 cup dried bonito flakes for 5 minutes

  2. Let cool and strain off the bonito flakes

  3. When you are ready to eat, mix 1 part sauce to 3 part cold water to make the dipping sauce

  4. Add whatever veggie you want and shredded nori

  5. Then it's : grab cold cooked soba, dip, slurp and repeat
