Crispy and Cheesy Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoons oil
  • Potato spice mix (salt, cumin, pepper, paprika, garlic, chili)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

  2. Cut potatoes into wedges.

  3. In a large bowl, combine 2-3 tablespoons oil, spices (such as salt, cumin, pepper, paprika, garlic, chili), 1 teaspoon smoked pepper powder, and 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast for the cheesy flavor.

  4. Add potato wedges and mix well.

  5. Place potato wedges onto baking sheets and bake for about 35 minutes, flipped halfway, until golden and crispy.
