Crispy Harissa Fries with Avocado Pesto
Ingredients
Chips
- 2 chopped potatoes in wedges
- 2 tablespoons harissa spice plus more to sprinkle
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- Smoked salt to taste
- Olive oil to fry
Pesto
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- Smoked salt to taste
Preparation
Mix potatoes with harissa spice and cornflour
Fry in olive oil
Sprinkle with more spice and smoked salt
Pesto
Blend together avocado, basil leaves, coconut cream, apple cider vinegar, almond butter, and smoked salt
