Crispy harissa fries with avocado pesto
Ingredients
Chips
- 2 potatoes chopped in wedges
- 2 tablespoons harissa spice plus more to sprinkle
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- Smoked salt to taste
- Olive oil to fry
Pesto
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- Smoked salt to taste
Preparation
Mix potatoes with harissa spice and cornflour
Fry in olive oil
Sprinkle with more spice and smoked salt
Blend together for the pesto
