1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • Zest and juice from 1 orange
4 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbl fresh grated ginger
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp sriracha (opt for those who can't handle the heat)

Preparation

  2. Stir milk, flour, salt and baking powder together in small bowl. Generously coat each floret in batter. Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes

  3. Mix starch and water first then add all the other ingredients into sauce pan and heat until hot and thick

  4. Flip your florets and sprinkle some oil on them or brush it on. Bake for 10 min more

  5. Dump most of the sauce on the florets and gently stir to coat. Bake for 5 min more

  6. Take the sheet out and sprinkle with toasted seasame seeds. Seasame seeds are key and can't be skipped. Top with green onions and other pretty things
