Paneer Bhurji
Ingredients
- musturd oil
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp zeera
- 1/2 tsp ajwain
- 2 grounded black cardamoms
- 2 cloves
Preparation
Chop one medium size lauki into small pieces
In a wok, take some musturd oil and add 1 stick of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp zeera, 1/2 tsp ajwain, 2 grounded black cardamoms, 2 cloves
Saute all the spices for 2-3 min and add chopped lauki, let it cook till it becomes soft
Now switch off the flame and add 1 cup of whisked yogurt
Add water depending on the consistency you want
I kept it little thin since we like that way
Now again cook it for 10 min
Add salt, red chilli powder
For tadka, take some ghee in a pan, heat it, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and some chopped green chillies
Add this tadka to the curry and let it simmer for 5 min
Garnish it with fresh corriander & it's done
