Protein Chickpea Bowl
Ingredients
- 1) In 1 tbsp of olive oil - Pan fry a can of chickpeas for 8minutes
- 2) add in 60g of @lindamccartneyfoods chick’n
- 3) add 1tbsp of oregano,1/2 tbsp of smoked paprika, 1/5 tsp of ground mace, and 1 garlic clove crushed
- 4) cook for 12mins more
- 5) boil 60g of peas and 60g sweetcorn
- 6) chop an avocado and some fresh parsley
- 7) add altogether, season and squeeze in half a lemon juice
