Protein Chickpea Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1) In 1 tbsp of olive oil - Pan fry a can of chickpeas for 8minutes
  • 2) add in 60g of @lindamccartneyfoods chick’n
  • 3) add 1tbsp of oregano,1/2 tbsp of smoked paprika, 1/5 tsp of ground mace, and 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 4) cook for 12mins more
  • 5) boil 60g of peas and 60g sweetcorn
  • 6) chop an avocado and some fresh parsley
  • 7) add altogether, season and squeeze in half a lemon juice
