Ingredients

  • 1/4 red onion ? - 1/4 red bell pepper - 1/2 block of tofu (firm texture preferably)
  • Small can of kidney beans - Small can of corn
  • Sea salt + Pepper
  • Chili ? (I don’t eat too spicy ? but add as much as you like)
  • - Cilantro - Garlic? - Cumin
  • - Tomato paste
  • - Cup of water
