Ingredients
- 1/4 red onion ? - 1/4 red bell pepper - 1/2 block of tofu (firm texture preferably)
- Small can of kidney beans - Small can of corn
- Sea salt + Pepper
- Chili ? (I don’t eat too spicy ? but add as much as you like)
- - Cilantro - Garlic? - Cumin
- - Tomato paste
- - Cup of water
