Quick & Easy Tempeh Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 4 tbs of sesame oil
- * 1 1/2 cups of grinned tempeh
- * 3 tbs of liquid aminos
- * 1 tbs of chili oil * 2 tbs of rice vinegar
- * 1 tsp of garlic powder * 1/4 tsp of ginger powder
- * 6-7 shiitake mushrooms, cut stems
- * 7 bok choys * 16 oz udon noodles, cooked ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- sesame oil
- liquid aminos
- chili oil
- rice vinegar
- garlic & ginger powders
Preparation
Add sesame oil, tempeh, liquid aminos, chili oil, rice vinegar, and garlic & ginger powders to medium-sized pan on medium-low for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Add shiitake mushrooms and bok choys. Cook for another 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Mix in your udon noodles - gently!
