Quick & Easy Tempeh Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 4 tbs of sesame oil⁣
  • * 1 1/2 cups of grinned tempeh⁣
  • * 3 tbs of liquid aminos⁣
  • * 1 tbs of chili oil * 2 tbs of rice vinegar⁣
  • * 1 tsp of garlic powder * 1/4 tsp of ginger powder⁣
  • * 6-7 shiitake mushrooms, cut stems⁣
  • * 7 bok choys * 16 oz udon noodles, cooked ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • sesame oil
  • liquid aminos
  • chili oil
  • rice vinegar
  • garlic & ginger powders

Preparation

  1. Add sesame oil, tempeh, liquid aminos, chili oil, rice vinegar, and garlic & ginger powders to medium-sized pan on medium-low for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.⁣

  2. Add shiitake mushrooms and bok choys. Cook for another 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. ⁣

  3. Mix in your udon noodles - gently! ⁣
