Quinoa & Tofu Power Bowl

Ingredients

  • quinoa
  • vegetable broth
  • @betterthanbouillon organic vegetable boullion
  • fresh lemon juice
  • tahini
  • maple syrup
  • hot sauce and nutritional yeast

Preparation

  1. I cooked the quinoa with a little vegetable broth to give it some extra savoury flavour. I use @betterthanbouillon organic vegetable boullion.1/2 cup quinoa, 1 cup of water and about a half a tsp of boullion
