Quinoa & Tofu Power Bowl
Ingredients
- quinoa
- vegetable broth
- @betterthanbouillon organic vegetable boullion
- fresh lemon juice
- tahini
- maple syrup
- hot sauce and nutritional yeast
Preparation
I cooked the quinoa with a little vegetable broth to give it some extra savoury flavour. I use @betterthanbouillon organic vegetable boullion.1/2 cup quinoa, 1 cup of water and about a half a tsp of boullion
