Satay Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp reduced salt soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sweet thai chilli sauce
  • water to mix to a sauce

Preparation

  1. Heat the wok to hot, add your choice of oil. I like coconut oil in this dish

  2. Meanwhile put the rice to cook

  3. Stir fry your fav combo or veggies including onion, garlic and ginger (you can use the greens of spring onion and no garlic for low fodmap)

  4. Add prawns from the freezer and the the sauce

  5. Serve
