Super Easy Healthy Dinner

Ingredients

  • Steam Brussel sprouts
  • Steam chopped potatoes
  • onions
  • sliced mushrooms
  • garlic
  • thyme and oregano

Preparation

  1. Steam Brussel sprouts for 7-10 minutes

  2. Steam chopped potatoes 10 minutes

  3. Water steam sliced onions until translucent, add sliced mushrooms & sauté until soft

  4. Add lots of minced garlic and heat a couple minutes (you can add coconut aminos for extra flavor)

  5. Place sautéed mixture over potatoes and add fresh herbs and raw garlic

  6. Today I used thyme and oregano from the garden

  7. It was really filling and satisfying
