Super Easy Healthy Dinner
Ingredients
- Steam Brussel sprouts
- Steam chopped potatoes
- onions
- sliced mushrooms
- garlic
- thyme and oregano
Preparation
Steam Brussel sprouts for 7-10 minutes
Steam chopped potatoes 10 minutes
Water steam sliced onions until translucent, add sliced mushrooms & sauté until soft
Add lots of minced garlic and heat a couple minutes (you can add coconut aminos for extra flavor)
Place sautéed mixture over potatoes and add fresh herbs and raw garlic
Today I used thyme and oregano from the garden
It was really filling and satisfying
