Sweet Potato Punkin Soup & Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 can pumpkin purée
- 2 cups veggie broth
- 1 garlic clove
- himalayan salt & pepper
- red pepper flakes (optional)
Preparation
Add the spices as you go and to taste. Everyone has a different palate! You can always add more broth for a thinner soup. Blend on high in high speed blender til thick, creamy, and hot. Top with veggies like cilantro, red peppers, onion, or garlic
