This Is Tofu Satay with Fried Greens and Rice

- I fried spring onion n pepper in some sesame oil for about 5 mins. Then I added some veg stock and a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter. Then
- it’s just a case of adding more of each ingredient until it’s to taste n optimum thickness. To finish
- I added some chilli flakes (I usually use fresh chill tho) and soy sauce ? so simple but soooo tasty
