Ingredients

  • Thai Peanut Marinade:⁠
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter⁠
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce⁠
  • Juice from half a lime⁠
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup⁠
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder⁠

Preparation

  1. Press extra firm tofu for at least 30 minutes (optional). Cut tofu into cubes or slabs and place them in a glass dish.⁠

  2. Add a sauce or marinade over the tofu. A variety of oil or soy sauce-based marinades work well.⁠

  3. Transfer tofu cubes to a baking sheet b Bake at 400°F for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through. Add more marinade as needed and now your tofu is ready to go.⁠

  4. You can also cube, slice or crumble tofu and pan-fry

  5. Plus any other spices or herbs you enjoy⁠
