Ingredients
- Thai Peanut Marinade:
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Juice from half a lime
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
Press extra firm tofu for at least 30 minutes (optional). Cut tofu into cubes or slabs and place them in a glass dish.
Add a sauce or marinade over the tofu. A variety of oil or soy sauce-based marinades work well.
Transfer tofu cubes to a baking sheet b Bake at 400°F for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through. Add more marinade as needed and now your tofu is ready to go.
You can also cube, slice or crumble tofu and pan-fry
