Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower with Homemade Ranch
Ingredients
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 3/4 to 1 cup water
- Himalayan salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- 1/3 cup Frank's RedHot buffalo sauce
- 1/3 cup Earth Balance dairy-free butter
Preparation
Make chickpea batter with 1 cup flour and 3/4-1 cup water. Whisk together. Season with spices to taste
Coat each piece of cauliflower in the batter and place on baking pan with parchment paper
Bake at 375°F for approximately 30-35 minutes flipping halfway through
Make buffalo sauce on stove top. Melt equal parts approximately 1/3 cup each of butter and hot sauce
Take out cauliflower pieces and coat them in sauce
Place back in oven for additional 5-10 minutes
