Vegan Chilli

Ingredients

  • 1 Diced red onion ?
  • 1 Diced green pepper
  • 1 Diced red pepper
  • 2 cans of diced tomatoes (no salt added)
  • @gardein Meatless Meatballs
  • 1 large can of black beans (no salt added)
  • 1 small can of pinto beans (no salt added)
  • 1 bunch of green onions (chopped)
  • Crushed tortilla chips on top (all flavors welcomed)
  • Fresh pico de Gallo from @wholefoods on top
  • Organic Cumin
  • Organic chili powder
  • Organic pink salt
  • Organic garlic powder
  • Organic cayenne pepper
  • and a little Tajin ™ seasoning

Preparation

  1. Start with a little oil in the pan and heat on medium

  2. Add all your chopped veggies ? and letter simmer on low, stirring occasionally

  3. I added these spices

  4. Organic Cumin

  5. Organic chili powder

  6. Organic pink salt

  7. Organic garlic powder

  8. Organic cayenne pepper

  9. And a little Tajin ™ seasoning. (First time using this and it was bomb)

  10. Keep simmering and stirring

  11. Then add your partly or completed thawed @gardein meatballs

  12. Add your diced tomatoes ? and let simmer, covered for about 10 mins

  13. Then start to break apart your meatballs with a spatula to the Size of your liking

  14. Add more of the seasonings to taste

  15. Let simmer for 10-15 more min on low

  16. Lastly, drain your beans and add to pot. Mix and let simmer covered for another 10-15 mins

  17. Let cool and serve with toppings
