Vegan Drunken Noodles with Tempeh and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • brown rice noodles
  • tempeh
  • broccoli
  • snap peas
  • green onions
  • sesame oil

Sauce

  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce (gf optional)
  • 2 Tbsp liquid aminos
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp miso
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • Black sesame seeds (garnish)

Preparation

  1. Mix up the sauce.

  2. Boil the noodles.

  3. Sauté the veggies and tempeh with a bit of sesame oil.

  4. Mix everything together in a wok.
