Vegan Drunken Noodles with Tempeh and Vegetables
Ingredients
- brown rice noodles
- tempeh
- broccoli
- snap peas
- green onions
- sesame oil
Sauce
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce (gf optional)
- 2 Tbsp liquid aminos
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp miso
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- Black sesame seeds (garnish)
Preparation
Mix up the sauce.
Boil the noodles.
Sauté the veggies and tempeh with a bit of sesame oil.
Mix everything together in a wok.
