Vegan Lasagna Soup
Ingredients
- lasagna soup:
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 100 g of vegan mince
- 6 sheets of lasagna noodles
- vegan cream cheese
- italian herbes
- salt to taste
Preparation
Warm up the tomato chinks with one can of water and a teaspoon of Italian herbes
Crush the lasagna sheets into the soup and cook until tender
Stir in the vegan mince and let it simmer for 5 min
Serve with a tablespoon of cream cheese and some fine chopped scallions
