Vegan Lasagna with Zucchini and Spinach

Preparation

  1. Make the sauce using granulated soy, bell pepper, onion, garlic, mushrooms, and canned tomatoes

  2. Grill the zucchini until tender

  3. Prepare a mixture of spinach and vegan cream

  4. Layer the ingredients starting with sauce, add lasagna pasta, grilled zucchini, the spinach mixture, additional vegan cream, tomatoes, and vegan cheese, repeating as needed

  5. Bake the assembled lasagna in the oven until heated through and the cheese is melted
