Vegan Mushroom Ravioli with Sautéed Mushrooms and Spinach
Ingredients
- Kite Hill mushroom ravioli
- Mushrooms
- Spinach
- Earth Balance vegan butter
- Minced garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Steam the mushrooms until tender, then sauté with olive oil and minced garlic.
Boil the ravioli for 4 minutes.
Add the ravioli and spinach to the pan with the mushrooms.
Add about a teaspoon of vegan butter and pan-sear the mixture.
Once done, top with salt and pepper.
