Vegan Mushroom Ravioli with Sautéed Mushrooms and Spinach

Ingredients

  • Kite Hill mushroom ravioli
  • Mushrooms
  • Spinach
  • Earth Balance vegan butter
  • Minced garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Steam the mushrooms until tender, then sauté with olive oil and minced garlic.

  2. Boil the ravioli for 4 minutes.

  3. Add the ravioli and spinach to the pan with the mushrooms.

  4. Add about a teaspoon of vegan butter and pan-sear the mixture.

  5. Once done, top with salt and pepper.
