Vegan Mushroom Ravioli with Spinach Sauté
Ingredients
- @kitehillfoods mushroom ravioli
- Mushrooms
- Spinach
- @earthbalance vegan butter
- Minced garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Steam the mushrooms until tender, then sauté with olive oil and minced garlic.
Boil the ravioli for 4 minutes, then add it and the spinach to the pan with the mushrooms.
Add about a teaspoon of vegan butter and pan-sear.
Once done, top with salt and pepper.
