Creamy Mushroom Penne Pasta
Ingredients
- 150g Mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- A branch of rosemary & thyme
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 70g almond cream (or soy cream)
- 3 tbsp water
Preparation
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
Cut the mushrooms and press the garlic clove.
In a pan, heat the oil, add the mushrooms, garlic, and all the spices, and simmer until golden.
Add the almond cream and the water, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the cooked penne and enjoy.
