Creamy Mushroom Penne Pasta

Ingredients

  • 150g Mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • A branch of rosemary & thyme
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 70g almond cream (or soy cream)
  • 3 tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.

  2. Cut the mushrooms and press the garlic clove.

  3. In a pan, heat the oil, add the mushrooms, garlic, and all the spices, and simmer until golden.

  4. Add the almond cream and the water, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

  5. Pour the sauce over the cooked penne and enjoy.
