Ingredients
- quinoa
- crunchy chips from cut wraps
- tofu chunks
- tomato
- cucumber
- orange pepper
- brown lentils
- lime juice
Preparation
Cook quinoa according to package directions.
Cook brown lentils if not pre-cooked until tender.

Prepare tofu chunks by baking or frying until crispy.
