Vegan Yams and Carrots Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled yams
  • 1/2 cup boiled carrots
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 3 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup cashews or 1 tsp coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients well.

  2. Add the blended mixture to your favorite noodles.
