Vegan Yams and Carrots Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled yams
- 1/2 cup boiled carrots
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3 tsp mustard
- 1/4 cup cashews or 1 tsp coconut oil
Preparation
Blend all ingredients well.
Add the blended mixture to your favorite noodles.
