Healthy Vegan Mac and Cheese Swap
Ingredients
- half a sweet potato
- 2 medium white potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons mustard
Preparation
Chop half a sweet potato, 2 medium white potatoes, and 1 carrot.
Boil the chopped vegetables.
Blend the boiled vegetables with 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and 2 teaspoons mustard.
Blend until smooth.
