Vegetable Lo Mein

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 medium red pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp bragg ginger & sesame dressing
  • 8 oz chinese noodles
  • 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables

Preparation

  1. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside

  2. Lo Mein: Heat the sesame oil in a large wok or skillet. Add the green onions (white parts), minced garlic, and vegetables to the hot pan. Stir fry until fork-tender, about 5 minutes. Add the liquid ingredients and sugar and loosen the browned bits up off the bottom of the pan. Add the cooked noodles – toss around in the hot pan to combine
