Preparation

  1. Garlic cajun shrimp with dairy free and gluten free fettuccini. With a side of asparagus and sprinkled Parmesan

  2. Spicy garlic cajun shrimp •• grilled broccolini ? •• almond flour fettuccine tossed w/ creamy cauliflower garlic sauce (2 cups steamed cauliflower + 1/2 cup dairy free cream cheese + 1/2 cup unsweetened creamer OR almond milk + 2 garlic cloves + salt & pepper to taste)

  3. Spicy garlic cajun shrimp ?? + paprika, then sauté in garlic ghee until pink and slightly brown) •• crispy cauliflower gnocchi (I used cauliflower gnocchi: defrost in the microwave for a minute until soft; in a pan, heat 1 tsp. garlic ghee until hot; add gnocchi and cook until crisp — about 3-4 mins) •• sautéed spinach with garlic, red pepper, and parmesan

  4. Spicy garlic cajun shrimp ?? + paprika, then sauté in garlic ghee until pink and slightly brown) •• crispy cauliflower gnocchi-defrost in the microwave for a minute until soft; in a pan, heat 1 tsp. garlic ghee until hot; add gnocchi and cook until crisp — about 3-4 mins) •• sautéed spinach with garlic, red pepper, and parmesan

SPICY GARLIC SHRIMP ?: season shrimp with ‘new bae’ seasoning (or any jerk or cajun seasoning) + paprika, then sauté in garlic ghee until pink and slightly brown) •• CREAMY CAULIFLOWER MASH ?•• SAUTÉED GARLICKY GREENS ? (in a pan, heat 1 teaspoon garlic ghee for a minute; add fresh spinach and sauté 10 seconds; quickly remove from heat and season with parmesan & red pepper •• sautéed garlic ghee mushrooms

  6. Kale caesar salad (toss baby kale with dairy free caesar dressing) •• spicy garlic cajun scrimp (season 5-6 oz. raw shrimp with cajun seasoning; heat 1/2 tbsp. garlic ghee in a pan and sauté shrimp until pink, about 4-5 mins) •• grilled halloumi •• avocado w/ TJs EBTB seasoning
