asian cucumber chilli salad
Ingredients
- 1ts salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2ts apple cider vinegar
- 1tb sugar
- 1ts chilli
- 2,5ts chilli oil
- 1tb sesame oil
Preparation
Slice cucumber into thin, sliced pieces
Add salt on top, stir together
Place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes
Pour away the liquid from cucumber
Press the garlic in the pan and fry for a couple minutes
Place to a bowl and let it cool down completely
Combine with vinegar, sugar, chilli oil and powder and sesame oil
Mix together really well
Add the dressing on top of the cucumber
Mix well
