Baked Carrot Fries

Ingredients

  • dairy-free parmesan:
  • 1/3 cup raw cashews.
  • 1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast.
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder.

Preparation

  1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until you reach a fine powdery consistency

  2. Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for a few weeks
