3-Ingredient High Protein Chickpea Spread
Ingredients
- 150g cooked chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 whole wheat bread slices
Preparation
Mash the chickpeas with a fork in a bowl.
Add the nutritional yeast and garlic powder and mix well.
Spread onto some toast.
