3-Ingredient High Protein Chickpea Spread

Ingredients

  • 150g cooked chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 whole wheat bread slices

Preparation

  1. Mash the chickpeas with a fork in a bowl.

  2. Add the nutritional yeast and garlic powder and mix well.

  3. Spread onto some toast.
