Bowl of Baked Tempeh with Peanut Sauc

Ingredients

  • block of tempeh
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp garlic chili sauce
  • juice of half a lime,
  • 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder and 1 tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Cut block of tempeh into cubes

  2. Place in a Tupperware with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp maple syrup, and 1 tsp garlic chili sauce

  3. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
