Breakfast Crust-Free Muffins

Ingredients

  • eggs
  • veggies of your choice: I used mixed peppers, mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes
  • season: Himalayan salt, black pepper, chilli or paprika or green chillies (I need spice)

Preparation

  1. Beat eggs - add chopped veggies - spray coconut oil into mounds of muffin tray - pour into muffin tray- bake 180C for 10mins
