Buttermilk Batter

Ingredients

  • 100ml of dairy-free yoghurt
  • 220ml of soya or oat milk
  • 1.5 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1tsp garlic

Preparation

  1. Mix all the above in a bowl together

  2. Simply dunk your Chickn fillet into your batter then fry baby fry. Until crispy and delicious
