Buttermilk Batter
Ingredients
- 100ml of dairy-free yoghurt
- 220ml of soya or oat milk
- 1.5 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp garlic
Preparation
Mix all the above in a bowl together
Simply dunk your Chickn fillet into your batter then fry baby fry. Until crispy and delicious
