Camping P O T a T O Hash
Ingredients
- one bag of baby potatoes
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 jalapeños
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves {option to add 4 diced hot dogs or veggie dogs}; add oil to a large pot or pan; once hot add all ingredients + 1 tsp salt
- pepper & 2 tsp Italian seasoning
Preparation
Cook stirring often for 20 mins until veggies are soft & a little crispy; enjoy with eggs
