Cashew Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup cold water
- Salt
- Pepper (to taste)
- Optional: green peas, chilli flakes
Preparation
Soak the cashews in cold water for a few hours, then drain and rinse.
In a food processor, blend all the ingredients together.
Heat the sauce in a pan over medium heat.
Pour the sauce over cooked pasta or veggies.
